Jason Muller is the Founder and CEO of Beach City Capital, LLC and is actively involved in all aspects of Deal Creation, Business, Bank and Partner Relations with a focus on Executive Oversight on the Design, Development and Construction of the company’s Investment projects. He is an accomplished and results-oriented development and investment professional with over ten years experience in land use, entitlements, architecture, development and real estate investments.
Prior to Beach City Capital, Mr. Muller worked with Ensemble Investments, LLC in Long Beach as a Development Associate Managing over $100MM worth of private investment projects. Mr. Muller was traditionally trained as an Architect practicing design for 5 years, then went into land use and entitlements as a Project Manager for Southern California Land Use and managed over $120MM in entitlements, building permits, pre-development evaluations, and strategic planning for commercial, industrial, and residential real estate development. His experience in Real Estate Investments was strengthened with a wide range of professional practice after his Graduate Studies at USC.
Mr. Muller holds a Master in Architecture and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy.

Hobbies: In Jason’s free time, he loves to enjoy the beach, play music, and surf. He also loves to go hiking, camping, visit tide pools and spend as much time with his family as possible. He is a proud father of two boys, one girl and step father to one: Lucas who is 8 years old, he loves, riding his bike, the ocean, Roblox and Minecraft; Oliver who is 6 years old, and loves anything Lucas loves with the addition of backflips and summersaults; Kaia Jay who is 17 months, who loves to tell us all what to do; and Caesar who is 22 and a very talented young man working along side us at Beach City Capital.
Caesar Abed is an Investment Analyst for Beach City Capital, LLC and is actively involved in all aspects of Marketing, Investor Relations, Company Deliverables, and Overall Investments.
Prior to joining the team full-time post graduation, Caesar interned with Beach City Capital. During which time he conducted research and analysis of financial markets and industry trends to identify investment opportunities across Southern California. Maintained financial models to evaluate projects and assess risks. Performed due diligence on prospective investments, including pro forma and market data analysis. As well as created and maintained investment memorandums in order to pitch towards potential investors.
Kyle Julier is the Investment Manager for Beach City Capital, LLC and is actively involved in all aspects of Acquisition, Investor Relations, Fund Control/Budgeting, Development, Investments, and Marketing. Focusing on fund control, company deliverables/investment materials, marketing, and managing the relationships between the company and its investors, Kyle oversees a vast amount of the daily interactions and processes.
Prior to working at Beach City Capital, Kyle worked as an accountant at Aaron & Tallman, a boutique accounting firm who manages all the finances and accounts for various restaurants and wineries in the Los Angeles county, where he managed 12 accounts. Kyle then made the transition into the real estate development and investments world and has aspirations of becoming a successful Controller/Manager working in real estate finance.
Kyle is a graduate of San Diego State University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing.
