We host the Investment Summits at our Local Collaborative Hermosa Beach Coworking Office, providing complimentary food & drinks within a professional atmosphere to bring the local community together. Additionally, we embrace the vibrant coastal lifestyle with our Investor Relations Beach Life Festival, a celebration that combines music, food, and lively spirits, highlighting the unique charm and energy of our local area. Ribbon Cutting: Local Collaborative Coworking Office
We celebrated the grand opening of our coworking space Local Collaborative Hermosa Beach, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Local officials, business leaders, and community members gathered to mark the beginning of a new era of innovation and collaboration in our community.
Ground Breaking: Mar Vista 27 Unit Apartment Building
This groundbreaking event signified the start of construction on our 27 unit apartment building in Mar Vista. Attendees included key stakeholders and local dignitaries who joined us in celebrating a major step towards building this project.
